Bruce grew up in the small town of Hawthorne, Nevada. He left Hawthorne in 1975 to attend Brigham Young University. After a year of college he spent two years as a missionary in the Dakota's where he was able to learn much from the Norwegian people and Sioux Indians of the Mid-West. It took Bruce 29 years to find and marry his friend and sweet heart Susan (Martineau) Craft on June 14, 1986. He is the proud and grateful father of 3 children, David, Jacob, and Alice Jewel (A.J.). He enjoys the time he spends with his family. He also likes to garden and spend time hitting a little white ball at various golf courses and retrieving them out of the water.
